SHERIDAN, Wyo. - Donald R. Arbogast, 90, of Sheridan, died Friday, Dec. 30, 2016, at Westview Healthcare Center.  Services will be at 2 p.m., Jan. 5, at Sheridan Municipal Cemetery. Champion Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
