Neil DeLapp, age 94, of Buffalo, WY peacefully passed away at the Veteran's Home of Wyoming on Friday, January 10^th, 2025 in Buffalo, WY.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 24^th2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church with Military Honors.. Interment will take place at the Elks section of the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery where Neil will be laid to rest next to his wife. Following Internment will be a luncheon at the Elks Lodge.
