Rebecca Yarlott, 81, formerly of Buffalo, WY, passed away in Loveland, CO, on Thursday, February 6, 2025.

Becky ascended into heaven at 5:57pm Thursday February 6th. I mourn her passing but celebrate her transition to a better life. I cherish the memories of our life together. My grief is replaced by relief that her struggle , our struggle with Alzheimer's disease is over. Her spirit is permeated with peace and joy, surrounded by GOD'S love and reunited with loved ones. In the end, under hospice care, her quiet breathing ceased with me holding her hand and gently kissing her  forehead. The distance between us that death has created is only temporary. When I look into the ground, I feel unbearable sorrow.  When I look to the heavens, I feel joy that will sustain me. Whether it is 10 minutes or ten years, I will go forward to celebrate life for both of us. - Mel Yarlott

Graveside services will be held in the Elks section of the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery. A reception will follow at Champion Kane Funeral Home Reception hall.
