A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 24th2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church with Military Honors.. Interment will take place at the Elks section of the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery where Neil will be laid to rest next to his wife. Following Internment will be a luncheon at the Elks Lodge.
