Edward W. Smith, 58, of Sheridan, Wyoming, died Thursday, February 14, 2013 in Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Smith was born June 2, 1954 in Perryton, Texas to Robert Edward and Dorthey (Boyle) Smith. He grew up and attended schools in Perryton and graduated from Perryton High School.

Ed was a heating and air conditioning serviceman and an oil field driller. He enjoyed NASCAR, and helping others.

Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents.
