He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Higgs of Kansas and Lucille Higgs of Kansas; his brother Keith Higgs; and his step-son Andrew Miller. He is survived by : his wife Deloris; his children, Chad Higgs (Nancy) and Lisa Kotara (Larry) of Texas; and his step-children, Jeff Miller, Angela Miller of Sheridan, WY, Laurie Mullins, Tracy Litzenburger and Terry Kennedy.
