Robert W. Russell died September 4, 2013 at his home in Sheridan, WY.

Robert was born July 1, 1933 to William M. and Etta (Barrett) Russell.

He attended high school in Bend, OR. He served 3 ½ years in the Navy. He lived and worked for the railroad throughout the Northwest and Alaska. He retired from Burlington Northern Railroad in 1997. Robert married Shirley J. Cooper in Skagway, Alaska in January 1955. He married Wilma Jean Huston on August 10, 2002 in Sheridan, WY.

He was preceded in death by His parents, a brother and sister, 1st wife & a son, David K. Russell.

He is survived by his wife Wilma Jean of Sheridan, his children, Carrie Dahl of Sheridan, Steven & Kris Russell of Hannibal, MO, Trenton & Celie Russell of Laramie, WY. Grandchildren, Alina, Jeremy, Jesse, James, Lindsey, Brandon & Emily, Trenton & Fancy, Taryn, 5 stepchildren, Terry, LuJean, Bobbi, Justin & Lori, a brother William, sister Barbara and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and private services will be later.
