Robin W. Glade, 67, passed away in her Sheridan, WY home on November 15, 2014.
She was born in Texas and spent her childhood traveling with her parents to various military bases, finally settling in San Antonio, TX where she graduated high school and earned her bachelor's degree in English (with a minor in Spanish). She moved to Laramie, WY where she devoted her early energies to being a homemaker and raising two children from her first marriage. A bright woman with love of learning, Robin went on to earn a PhD in adult education from the University of WY. Robin married Jon Glade, who has shared her interest in books, movies and history for nearly 31 years. Together they have resided in Sheridan since 1995, where for many years, Robin greeted and helped customers at the JC Penney store.
Robin is survived by her husband Jon; two children Stephanie Blevins (Clint Krumm) of Sheridan, Michael Blevins of Phoenix, AZ and four grandchildren.
Robin's quick wit and kind heart will be missed by all that knew her.
Private family service will be later.
