Autumn Michelle Evans, 33, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 in Sheridan. She was born on September 9, 1981 in Billings, MT to Luther P. Evans and Kelly A. (Slates) Evans.
She enjoyed skiing, camping, and making collages. But, most of all, she loved spending time with her kids and the love of her life, Jeremy. No matter the situation, she was always happy and tried to make others happy.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Andrew Nelson and stepfather, David Nelson.
Autumn is survived by her children, Alana, Mason and Emma; her boyfriend, Jeremy; her father, Luther (Cathy La Duke) Evans of Sheridan; her mother, Kelly Nelson of Sheridan; and sisters, Amy and Amber.
A Visitation will be held from 4 pm to 8 pm on Friday, June 12, 2015 at Champion Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at VFW #1560, 758 Broadway in Sheridan with Andrea Slates officiating.
