Carl "Billy" William Hermanson, 92, passed away at his residence in Portland, Oregon on January 9, 2021.  Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Holy Name Catholic Church on Monday January 18, 2021 at 11 am with Father Prakash officiating. Burial will take place at Sheridan Municipal Cemetery immediately after the service.
