Charlie H. Kent, 90, of Sheridan, WY passed away on Saturday, Jan 16th, 2016 at Sheridan Manor. He was born in Megargel,TX and was raised in Olney, TX.

Charlie worked in the oil fields before joining the Army/Air Corps in the latter part of WW II where he worked on planes.

Charlie worked in the Border Patrol and Immigration Naturalization in Montana, Texas, and Arizona. After retiring from law enforcement he moved to Port Lavaca, TX where he met his wife, Renate Kent. They moved to Kalispell, MT then decided to make Sheridan their final home.

Charlie lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed flying, sailing, golf, horseback riding, car races, and he really had a passion for hunting and fishing.

Charlie was preceded in death by his wife, Renate on April 26th, 2015. He is survived by his two daughters, Cheri Ann Kent of Tucson, AZ and Beckie L. Holmes of Redding, CA. He has one grandson, Evan Holmes.
