Darlene Cecelia Bushmaker Waddell, 87, of Sheridan passed away September 7, 2019. Darlene was born August 16, 1932 in Sheridan, WY to Mathias John (M.J.) and Buelah Bushmaker. Darlene married Harry Waddell on October 15, 1949. They had three daughters, Nanita (Mark) Pittington of Walden, CO; Alicia Waddell of Billings, MT and Joella Olson of Sheridan, WY.
Darlene was a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, LPN and Certified Medical Records Technician. She enjoyed dancing with her husband Harry, (the love of her life), knitting, crocheting and reading. She was an accomplished pianist and organist. She loved traveling and going on cruises. She loved being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Darlene was preceded in death by her beloved husband Harry, her parents, her brother Bill Bushmaker; and her grandchildren Troy Neises and Amber Neises.
Darlene is survived by her brother Jack Bushmaker of Coos Bay, OR, her three daughters, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

A viewing will be held at Champion Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 10:00 am
A Funeral Service will be held at Champion Funeral Home Chapel on September 14, 2019 at 10:30 am with Father Glenn officiating.
A graveside burial at Sheridan Municipal Cemetery, Block 47, will follow the Funeral Mass.
A Reception will be held at the Holy Name Catholic Church Community Room at 12:30 p.m.
