Donna L. Willar-Orrell passed on Sunday, December 24, 2023. Donna was born November 22, 1944 to Ernest C. Johnson and Helen Homan Johnson in State College, PA.

She was a graduate of State College Area High School and spent the rest of her life advancing her education through numerous college classes, workshops and seminars in human resources and business management. Her working career was primarily in human resources and office management in a variety of settings.

Over the years she served as a 4-H leader, served on the Big Horn Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management in several capacities, Friends of the Library Board and the Woodland Hills Improvement & Service District Board.

She was an avid gardener and landscaper. She also had a deep love of horses and dogs and with her husband provided a home to 8 rescue dogs. She was also a snowmobile enthusiast and loved the outdoors.

Donna is survived by her husband, Bob Orrell, her sister, Diane K. Corl-Cobb of Tellico Plains, TN., and several nephews and cousins in Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

Per her wishes, no memorial service is planned but a donation in honor of Donna’s memory to the Dog & Cat Shelter at 84 E. Ridge Road, Sheridan, WY 82801 or Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library, 335 W. Alger Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, would be deeply appreciated by the family.
